Version 1.1 of the SEMIC project framework.

This version is an update of the project framework for SEMIC and contains the following changes

• update of SEMIC to model version 1.2
• update of manuscript (accepted version)
• manuscript now follows the rule from TC (e.g., formatting, sections, etc.)
• include requests from reviewers and the editor:
  • update functionality of optimization to account for two different periods: 1990-1999 and 2090-2100
  • update of parameter sensitivity tools
