Calibration data generated with a fixing for USA fesob and fesoi quantities. To be replaced as soon as the real problem with the calibration is solved, see #144 .

For now it would be good to have updated calibration data for SDP to see if issues

might be solved in this iteration of the input data. If we wait for the underlying problem in the calibration to be solved, we can not check whether we might require another iteration of the demand trajectories. Alternatively, we could have this in it's own branch.
