Add automation scripts for CM2M run continuation and analysis

  • auto_submit_continuation.sh: Waits 4.5 hours then submits next job for year 532
  • analyze_ocean_outputs.py: Analyzes ocean/atmosphere outputs (SST, SSS, AMOC, etc.)
  • .gitignore: Excludes NetCDF files, logs, and temporary files
  • README_automation.md: Documentation for the automation workflow

These scripts enable automatic job continuation and comprehensive model diagnostics.
