Project-level search

We need a way to search the dataset in a project.
The filters should be as simple but also as powerful as possible.
Users should be able to "bookmark" and later recall a search.
Searches should be usable in other places of the platform, i.e. for making assignments
maybe start simple, e.g. simple text search, simple label filters aka annotation search
- come up with a briliant logic
- later then overcomplicate things
